Sexual Harassment
This session is best instructed to groups including employees and their managers.* It is one of the most important training sessions you can have your employees attend.
(*Several clients find a higher comfort level exists when training is separated between employees and managers.)

OBJECTIVES:

  1. To provide an understanding of sexual harassment and personal liability implications in the workplace.
  2. To present the legal basis for identifying sexual harassment
  3. To explore sexual harassment issues as they relate to working relationships within the workplace.
  4. To provide guidelines for determining the difference between behavior that is ok and behavior that constitutes sexual harassment
  5. To explore immediate as well as long-term preventative solutions for dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace
