This session is best instructed to groups including employees and their managers.* It is one of the most important training sessions you can have your employees attend.

- To provide an understanding of sexual harassment and personal liability implications in the workplace.
- To present the legal basis for identifying sexual harassment
- To explore sexual harassment issues as they relate to working relationships within the workplace.
- To provide guidelines for determining the difference between behavior that is ok and behavior that constitutes sexual harassment
- To explore immediate as well as long-term preventative solutions for dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace
