Writing & Conducting Performance Appraisals
During this highly interactive session participants will learn how to establish a job description including job responsibilities and job standards. Other course objectives include creating a working document and establishing (and agreeing upon) an indvidual's vision, mission and goals. It will also provide the participants with the appropriate tools, training, commitment and support to write and conduct an effective performance review. The participants will learn the value of timing and the frequency of reviews as well as formal versus informal reviews.
